Accounts are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of any other person, syndicate, organisation, or entity.
By registering an Account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, or alternatively that you accept full personal responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform. mko888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions in which the Platform has elected to restrict access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Any material misrepresentation — including providing false identity documents, false date of birth, or false contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
To register an Account, you must provide a valid email address or mobile phone number, create a secure password, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. mko888 may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps prior to activating your Account.
mko888 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit KYC documentation under the following circumstances: (a) prior to processing your first withdrawal; (b) when your cumulative deposits exceed prescribed internal thresholds; (c) at any time at mko888's reasonable request for compliance purposes. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identity document.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. mko888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mko888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
mko888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access and is available free of charge to all registered Players.
mko888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mko888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no prescribed maximum deposit; however, large deposits may trigger KYC verification requests as part of our compliance obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) your Account having passed KYC verification; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any Bonus Funds having been satisfied; (c) no pending investigation or suspicious activity flag on your Account. Standard DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within three to five (3–5) minutes. mko888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions and/or withdrawal holds.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). mko888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies on standard accounts.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by mko888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms set out the general principles applicable to all promotions. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements may be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount alone (e.g., "x15 bonus") or as a multiple of the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., "x10 deposit + bonus"). The contribution rate of different game categories towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement varies — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds remain in your Account, your maximum stake per individual wager is capped as specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically between RM25 and RM50 per round). Placing a wager in excess of this cap while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms. mko888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings in such circumstances.
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted to withdrawable funds by the expiry deadline will be forfeited without notice.
mko888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or using automated betting software. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended and outstanding balances forfeited.

Tier advancement, tier benefits, and tier maintenance requirements are subject to the VIP Programme terms published on the Platform. mko888 reserves the right to modify VIP Programme terms, benefits, and tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

Each game round is an independent event; previous outcomes have no influence on future results.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay that results in an incomplete game round, mko888 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. mko888 does not honour any winnings generated as a result of a game malfunction. The decision of mko888 regarding game malfunction resolutions is final.
All sports betting markets are offered subject to separate Sports Betting Terms and Conditions published on the Platform. mko888 reserves the right to void or amend odds on any market in the event of pricing errors, regulatory requirements, or market integrity concerns. Settlement of all betting markets is final once announced.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:
mko888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, mko888 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. mko888 is not obligated to disclose the specific reason for a suspension where disclosure would compromise an active investigation.
Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements) will be paid out via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may activate Self-Exclusion via their Account settings or by contacting support directly. A minimum Self-Exclusion period of six (6) months applies. During the Self-Exclusion period, no deposits, logins, or wagers will be processed. In the event of any dispute between you and mko888 arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. mko888 endeavours to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process provided under the applicable licence issued to mko888.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes are subject to individual resolution. You agree that you will not bring or participate in any class action, group litigation, or collective proceeding against mko888 arising from your use of the Platform.
mko888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification, a Platform notice, or both, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
